Mary lives in Burlington Vermont where she owns Vintage Inspired Lifestyle Marketplace, which is a multi-dealer marketplace for antiques dealers, artists and craftspeople. She has a truly inspired eye and her shop is a haven for hunters, pickers and art lovers. This is where Renee met her and quickly bonded with her over her creativity and love of all things vintage. And who could resist that smile?!
Some of you may know Mary from previous retreats where she came to teach her soldering class but this time she will be teaching:
“Shrinking the Past”
This fun class involves reproducing antique photos of people and creating art with shrinking plastic! You will learn the technique of copying, coloring and then shrinking old portraits for your own personnel art. We will then explore the numerous ways it can used in mixed media.
