If you sign up with a friend, you will each get a $5 discount.

We will start with a little opening movement to get you started on the right foot. We will then get into the project from the guest instructor.

We will stop to have a yummy vegetarian lunch. Once your lunch is done we will start with a meditation then your hostess will lead you in another project.

No prior experience is required and all supplies will be provided. If you wish to pay by email transfer (so you don’t incur the Eventbrite fees) please advise by email: renee@beyoutifulsouls.com.
